Are you recently unable to go to Hyperlinks in Outlook 2007 and/or 2010 ?
If you are having issue opening links from emails recently, it probably is because you installed Google chrome, and then uninstalled it! This is a known issue and there is a super easy Microsoft fix-it to solve it for you by just pressing run.
If you are getting this error “This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.” Then you need to run this fix file, close outlook, reopen outlook, test, waaalaaa!!
