Scamming Methods in Diablo 3 to Watch Out For – Don’t get Scammed Bro!

Here Are Some Common Scamming Methods in Diablo 3 to Watch Out For

1. Unid Items Method – As hopefully everyone already knows, there is a glitch in D3 that allows you to see what stats an Unid item has before you identify it. So, do not buy unid items currently!
2. Fiery Brimstone Stacking scam -  I’ve seen many people do it with Fiery Brimstone’s. They are able to use a script to reduce the stack number before the trade goes all the way through. Be Warned!
3. Deleting Zero’s from Gold Trading -  It is hard to count the zero’s when its 20 million or so, so just take extra caution when trading in trade windows.

4. Cancel Trade Trick – Many people are trying to cancel the trade to trick you into dropping the item: Only works if you drag your item instead of right clicking.

Basically the end rule just comes down to take your time and double check everything, right click items into the trade window, don’t drag, don’t buy unid items, and try to just use the Auction House.

Boot Danger’s Personal Likes & Dislikes in Diablo 3

So I have been playing Diablo 3 since it released a few months ago. I have two level 60 characters with over 400 hours played total. I played Diablo 2 for over ten years, and have thousands of hours played on it. I consider myself a pretty knowledgeable player when it comes to the franchise.

Here are the things I do enjoy about Diablo 3

1. Graphics - I like the graphics, they are an improvement upon classic D2, which one would hope would be the case. Although don’t think I wouldn’t trade graphics and cut scenes for better game play anyway.
2.Skills - The skill system is great, it does take a slightly kick to the longevity of the game compared to D2, but it is nice to just pick any skills and try new things. I can remember so many times on Diablo 2 that I accidentally put too many points into strength, and would have to remake my character.
3. Loot - I am semi-happy about the loot system, but also unhappy. I currently do Act 1 magic find runs on my wizard, and I enjoy it, but rarely, 3-4 months into the game, do I find something worth a decent amount of gold. I do think this should be improved.

Things I think could use Improvement in Diablo 3.

1. Loot - This is two parts. We need more loot choices. Like how Legendary items have other stat choices than rares, we need either better legendaries or yellows to receive more diversity in stats. The game honestly, stat on item wise, is like wow. You start with 100 int 20 vit 10 mf gloves > upgrade to 150 int 50 vit 15 mf gloves. There is some diversity to this statement but if you looked at D2′s items compared to this you would understand.
a. Loot part 2 - Better loot needs to drop. Honestly Diablo 2 was great because of the loot, and that is what kept people around for the most part. I understand why Diablo 3′s loot system is like it is, because of the Auction House more people will show off and sell their loot as compared to Diablo 3.
2. Inferno Act 2/3/4 Difficulty - Honestly this isn’t a huge deal to me, act 1 is the perfect balance of challenge I feel. In act 2 I honestly get slaughtered, I can get through it if I really wanted, but every time I’ve tried I rage quit 30 minutes later. My wizard has 33k life, 45k dmg, 400 all resits, and 20% crit and 190% crit dmg. These are pretty decent stats I think. I am not a bad player, not amazing, but I am a veteran gamer of everything. A slight tweak I feel would improve the game more than hurt it.

So these are a few things I like and dislike about D3, it didn’t grab my attention like Diablo 2 did back in the day, but I can’t complain as I’ve paid the game off using the RMAH and have so many hours invested. One thing to remember is that it is still a new game, and I do believe Blizzard will eventually tweak many many things, but only time will tell. Until then, play it, if you get tired of it, take a break, and come back later!

How to Power Level in Diablo 3 – 50 to 60 in 10 hours

Sup my Nerd Brothas!

Once again bout to hit you up with some truth about the best way to power level in Diablo 3!

*********THIS HAS BEEN HOT FIXED AS OF TODAY 5-25-2012 – IT NOW ONLY GIVES 9.8k XP*******************

With the method I am about to share with you, you can get about a level an hour from level 50-60, but can almost be used at lower levels with good results also!

Things to note before I tell you the method

1. In Diablo 3 all experience is STATIC, meaning it doesn’t change.  So for example if you are killing a level 30 nightmare monster, in a single player group, you will still get the same amount of XP points as if you were in a four man and level 60. This creates a chance for many good power leveling strategies to emerge eventually.

2. It is personal prefference, and I do this about every other run, but instead of clearing all the way to the boss, you can try to just run all the way there, it isn’t too hard and actually save so much time and you will get much better XP per hour this way.  The downside to this is that there are a lot of great monster spawns on the way, so if you are new,or the game is still new, it may be worth it to kill the mobs.

Okay enough with that stuff, down to business, we all wanna know the best way to power level in Diablo 3 TLN!

Here is the best Diablo 3 power leveling strategy currently available!

1. Start a new game in nightmare difficulty

2. Take the way point to the last on the list, and closet to Azmodan

3. Either kill the mobs, or run, as talked about above.

4. Kill Azmodan (+44k xp for quest, 13k xp for kill)

5. Town portal (T hot key) back to town, talk to quest giver, run to armory, up the stairs.

6. Complete the event and quest for another easy 44k

7. Travel through the portal, you will come upon Act 4 , boss one, kill him.  This kill gives you 44k more xp.

8.  Leave the game after collecting loots and successfully completing quest.

All in all the D3 power leveling run takes about 5-7 minutes, and grants an AWESOME 150kish XP per run.

Now do the math, oh yeah, I see that smile on your devious little face.

***Hope that was clear enough for everyone, just rinse and repeat until 60 or until you are about to die from boredom from doing the same 3 quests for 10 hours!***

A List of Things You Should Give Up in Order to be Happy

Here is a list of 15 things which, if you give up on them, will make your life a lot easier and much, much happier. We hold on to so many things that cause us a great deal of pain, stress and suffering – and instead of letting them all go, instead of allowing ourselves to be stress free and happy – we cling on to them. Not anymore. Starting today we will give up on all those things that no longer serve us, and we will embrace change. Ready? Here we go:
1. Give up your need to always be right

There are so many of us who can’t stand the idea of being wrong – wanting to always be right – even at the risk of ending great relationships or causing a great deal of stress and pain, for us and for others. It’s just not worth it. Whenever you feel the ‘urgent’ need to jump into a fight over who is right and who is wrong, ask yourself this question: “Would I rather be right, or would I rather be kind?” Wayne Dyer. What difference will that make? Is your ego really that big?
2. Give up your need for control

Be willing to give up your need to always control everything that happens to you and around you – situations, events, people, etc. Whether they are loved ones, coworkers, or just strangers you meet on the street – just allow them to be. Allow everything and everyone to be just as they are and you will see how much better will that make you feel.

“By letting it go it all gets done. The world is won by those who let it go. But when you try and try. The world is beyond winning.” Lao Tzu
3. Give up on blame

Give up on your need to blame others for what you have or don’t have, for what you feel or don’t feel. Stop giving your powers away and start taking responsibility for your life.
4. Give up your self-defeating self-talk

Oh my. How many people are hurting themselves because of their negative, polluted and repetitive self-defeating mindset? Don’t believe everything that your mind is telling you – especially if it’s negative and self-defeating. You are better than that.

“The mind is a superb instrument if used rightly. Used wrongly, however, it becomes very destructive.” Eckhart Tolle
5. Give up your limiting beliefs

about what you can or cannot do, about what is possible or impossible. From now on, you are no longer going to allow your limiting beliefs to keep you stuck in the wrong place. Spread your wings and fly!

“A belief is not an idea held by the mind, it is an idea that holds the mind” Elly Roselle
6. Give up complaining

Give up your constant need to complain about those many, many, maaany things – people, situations, events that make you unhappy, sad and depressed. Nobody can make you unhappy, no situation can make you sad or miserable unless you allow it to. It’s not the situation that triggers those feelings in you, but how you choose to look at it. Never underestimate the power of positive thinking.
7. Give up the luxury of criticism

Give up your need to criticize things, events or people that are different than you. We are all different, yet we are all the same. We all want to be happy, we all want to love and be loved and we all want to be understood. We all want something, and something is wished by us all.
8. Give up your need to impress others

Stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not just to make others like you. It doesn’t work this way. The moment you stop trying so hard to be something that you’re not, the moment you take off all your masks, the moment you accept and embrace the real you, you will find people will be drawn to you, effortlessly.
9. Give up your resistance to change

Change is good. Change will help you move from A to B. Change will help you make improvements in your life and also the lives of those around you. Follow your bliss, embrace change – don’t resist it.
“Follow your bliss and the universe will open doors for you where there were only walls” Joseph Campbell
10. Give up labels

Stop labeling those things, people or events that you don’t understand as being weird or different and try opening your mind, little by little. Minds only work when open. “The highest form of ignorance is when you reject something you don’t know anything about.” Wayne Dyer
11. Give up on your fears

Fear is just an illusion, it doesn’t exist – you created it. It’s all in your mind. Correct the inside and the outside will fall into place.
“The only thing we have to fear, is fear itself.” Franklin D. Roosevelt
12. Give up your excuses

Send them packing and tell them they’re fired. You no longer need them. A lot of times we limit ourselves because of the many excuses we use. Instead of growing and working on improving ourselves and our lives, we get stuck, lying to ourselves, using all kind of excuses – excuses that 99.9% of the time are not even real.
13. Give up the past

I know, I know. It’s hard. Especially when the past looks so much better than the present and the future looks so frightening, but you have to take into consideration the fact that the present moment is all you have and all you will ever have. The past you are now longing for – the past that you are now dreaming about – was ignored by you when it was present. Stop deluding yourself. Be present in everything you do and enjoy life. After all life is a journey not a destination. Have a clear vision for the future, prepare yourself, but always be present in the now.
14. Give up attachment

This is a concept that, for most of us is so hard to grasp and I have to tell you that it was for me too, (it still is) but it’s not something impossible. You get better and better at with time and practice. The moment you detach yourself from all things, (and that doesn’t mean you give up your love for them – because love and attachment have nothing to do with one another, attachment comes from a place of fear, while love… well, real love is pure, kind, and self less, where there is love there can’t be fear, and because of that, attachment and love cannot coexist) you become so peaceful, so tolerant, so kind, and so serene. You will get to a place where you will be able to understand all things without even trying. A state beyond words.
15. Give up living your life to other people’s expectations

Way too many people are living a life that is not theirs to live. They live their lives according to what others think is best for them, they live their lives according to what their parents think is best for them, to what their friends, their enemies and their teachers, their government and the media think is best for them. They ignore their inner voice, that inner calling. They are so busy with pleasing everybody, with living up to other people’s expectations, that they lose control over their lives. They forget what makes them happy, what they want, what they need….and eventually they forget about themselves. You have one life – this one right now – you must live it, own it, and especially don’t let other people’s opinions distract you from your path.

First Things to Do when Playing Diablo 3

Once Diablo 3 Releases in about a month, I’ve been wondering what activity I will engage in first. I want to make sure I am prepped to start the pwning of ez pz monster as soon as possible. Here is my short list of things to do looking towards the release of D3.

1. Pre-install the game! I don’t want to wait to install d3, I want it ready and I want to play it now.
2. Take off a few days of work! Yep, I will be taking off ATLEAST a single day of work, and I am sure to not be the only one.
3. Food! Prep your food, hot pockets, butt pillows, portable toilets, etc.
4. Friends! Find a group to play with before it is released so that you guys can jump right into the game and can already pick out your characters and everything.

That’s really about it. Remember to have fun, don’t stay up more than 48 hours without sleep and… will you keep your items, or try to make a quick gold dollar on that new improved shaco helmet!?!
